HFC R410a heat pump air condenser
It is equipped with two separate refrigerating circuits with High Performance Efficiency Scroll Compressors with suction gas cooled motor, low heat-insulated steel plate heat exchanger, thermally insulated and frost-protected with automatic electrical resistance.
The chiller is designed to operate at low volumes of water (min. 2.5 liters / kW) by controlling the maximum number of compressor starts and automatically adjusting the bandwidth proportional to the amount of water present in the circuit.
The hermetic refrigerant circuit without flanges or fittings is made of copper, charged with refrigerant HFC R410a and tested at the factory. It is equipped with pressure transducers and temperature probes for capillary and fuse control and safety (to avoid possible leakage of refrigerant). The circuit is equipped with integrated electronic expansion valve, glass lamp on the filter refrigerator circuit and everything else needed for proper operation. Using a liquid receiver with evaporator gas and overheated gas exchanger improves l efficiency and heat output.
The air exchange heat exchanger, protected by a plastified steel grille and complete with subfloor cooler, is made of internally expanded corrugated copper tubes on aluminum fins and is dimensioned to allow full load up to 48 ° C. It is equipped with two fans complete with an accident warning grille with upward air flow. The motor-fan-conveyor complex is supported by a tower structure leaned to the bottom of the chiller, to avoid vibration transmission on the roof of the chiller and to ensure silent operation. The fans are made of composite material, with a multipiece design with wing profile and rolling ring, to avoid air vortex, very low noise. The fans reduce the speed during night hours, when outside temperature allows or with partial load levels. Condensation control allows operation up to -10 ° (- 20 ° with option) .With heating, the outdoor air temperature range is 40 ° / -15 °. The water outlet temperature in maximum heating is 55 ° C.
The microprocessor control system has an easy-to-use backlit LCD interface panel, with 5-line text, navigation buttons, power button and signal LED. It is installed in a separate picture separated from the power section. An RS485 serial port allows connection to supervisory systems. The display allows you to read:
Inlet and outlet water temperature
Pressure and saturated gas temperature in supply and suction
Operating times
Alarm codes with full indication of the type of alarm intervened
A separate keyboard allows configuration, reading of calibration data, and a history of the last ten alarms with date and time. The alarm memory and all configurations and calibrations are maintained even if there is no power supply.
The microprocessor control allows the following functions:
